With 10 years of weight lifting experience and 3 years as a NASM CPT, fitness has become my passion and lifestyle! I have adapted a growth mindset that began in the gym. I fell in love with goal setting, and the process of becoming stronger not only physically but also mentally. With my experience and knowledge of proper weight lifting technique, yoga, and functional training, my goal is to motivate and inspire others to become the best versions of themselves.
I will provide a customized fitness plan designed to fulfill your Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Reasonable, and Timely fitness goals and will hold you accountable to reach your goal. BMI, body measurements, body fat percentages, and weight will be taken bi-weekly.
